The learning objectives of the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training are as follows:
Select the appropriate Lean and/or Six Sigma tool to achieve the performance desired by the client, by analyzing the existing situation (collecting facts, data, waste and losses)
Perform elementary statistics to understand process behavior, using mathematical tools
Identify waste using specific observation grids, to conduct a situation assessment
Apply the 3 principles and 7 concepts of Lean to transmit approaches and behaviors, by appropriating them
Use Standards, 5S and visual management by applying the appropriate methodology, to optimize work environments
Solve problems by applying appropriate methodologies (PDCA, 5 Whys), to eliminate them permanently
Lead a simple improvement project from end to end, to facilitate team progress workshops to obtain concrete improvement results in the field, following the 5 steps of DMAIC
Know how to detect repetitive problems and lead your project
Discover the steps of DMAIC (Define, Measure, Improve, Innovate, Control)
Apply Lean Management tools for problem solving
