Prerequisites
- Knowledge of English and mastery of Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt are required
- Alternatively, have a minimum of 3 years experience in the industrial field
Learning objectives
The learning objectives of the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training are as follows:
- Discover the steps of DMAIC (Define, Measure, Improve, Innovate, Control)
- Select the appropriate Lean and/or Six Sigma tool to achieve the performance desired by the client, by analyzing the existing situation (collecting facts, data, waste and losses)
- Identify waste using specific observation grids, to conduct a situation assessment
- Use appropriate tools and methodologies, to optimize work environments and performance
- Lead a simple improvement project from end to end, to facilitate team progress workshops to obtain concrete improvement results in the field
- Know how to detect repetitive problems and lead a project to eliminate them permanently
During the training, participants will learn
