About this program
CDRL‑3 completes the CyberShield pathway in the ECLEE‑YETI‑EU program. Building on Level 1 (CIA literacy and hygiene) and Level 2 (recognition and first response), this level develops coordinated defense and recovery. You will set realistic resilience targets such as Recovery Point Objective (RPO) and Recovery Time Objective (RTO), maintain living policies and runbooks, lead tabletop exercises, and run After‑Action Reviews (AAR) that drive measurable improvement. Why this matters online: incidents are frequent and costly; many involve human factors and partners. Leaders who can coordinate multi‑team response, legal and communications touchpoints, and supplier obligations reduce time‑to‑detect and time‑to‑recover while protecting trust.

Programme ECLEE‑YETI‑EU (Young Entrepreneurs Teaching Initiative – European Union) for Leadership, Entrepreneurship & Digital Skills. Live online sessions combine decision frameworks with hands‑on practice using real artifacts (logs, headers, screenshots, reports). Designed to develop response leadership that coordinates people, process, and technology across distributed teams, align resilience targets (RPO/RTO) with business priorities, and institutionalize a blameless improvement culture via AARs and living runbooks.
