This Lean Plus Six Sigma Certification Program provides participants with comprehensive approach to Lean Six Sigma, integrating breakthrough Strategy and methodology to address key product and/or service improvement opportunities. Open to individuals with experience in any industry (manufacturing or services) who have the desire to take their career to next level, they will benefit consequently from this program.
This Program covers the principles of Lean and Six Sigma methodology. Specific areas of study include: Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate, Lean Plus Certificate and Black Belt Certificate. The learning covers advanced topics such as ANOVA, Regression, Design of Experiments, and sample size calculation. Also, covers how and when to use advanced lean and six sigma tools for project success. Extensive real life examples and case studies allow the participant to explore and fully understand the different methodologies, the real life application and finally experience the implementation through their Lean Six Sigma project.
